Coronavirus looks like it is here to stay for a while as cases increase each day. The government is getting ready for the long haul as schools, offices, and even gyms close their doors. But should your health and fitness sacrifice at this time too? The answer is NO. Here is a COFIT at-home workout that you can try today.

What to do:

Warmup Circuit: The warmup circuit will be used to warm-up your body. Perform each move for 30 seconds with a 10-second rest between each move. The goal here is to prepare your body for the workout ahead.

Circuit 1 & 2: These are full-body strength and conditioning circuits. You will perform each move for 30 seconds. Try to run-through each move with a minimal amount of rest between. After completing all moves you will have a 1 minute rest period before repeating the circuit. You will want to repeat each of these circuits 3-4 times each.

Ab Finisher: By now you will have already started engaging your core. Let’s kick it up a notch with a complete ab burner. Here you will run through each move 25 times and repeat the circuit 2 times through.

For an extra challenge, if you do have resistance bands or weights at home, try adding them to the circuits for an additional burn. Looking to build your own home gym? Here are some items to get you started
