Booty bands are one of my favorite pieces of exercise equipment. They are convenient yet highly effective for toning anytime and anywhere! You can easily toss them in your gym bag, take on vacation, or keep at your desk when you need a quick burn.

Booty bands sculpt your booty from every angle. Try these 5 exercises in our Booty Band workout below and you will start to notice the differences immediately.

Equipment

  • Booty Band: my favorite booty band is the Recredo Booty Bands. I suggest purchasing a pack with multiple different sizes so that you have options.
  • Yoga Mat: a mat is optional but I do highly suggest purchasing one for your home gym. Gaiam has a great selection of yoga mats.

  • Banded Shuffle: 30 seconds
  • Lateral Lunge Left: 30 seconds
  • Lateral Lunge Right: 30 seconds
  • Banded Squat: 30 seconds
  • Glute Bridge: 30 seconds
  • Glute Bridge Pulses: 30 seconds

Turn it into a 15 Minute Booty Band Workout
